Our target markets are Austria and the surrounding EU states and those Central and East European states that in the short or long term will accede to the EU.
Alongside our extensive technical and legal expertise in waste management and site decontamination, we are developing a second component of our business – trade in raw materials. Given the shortage of primary raw materials (petroleum, energy, etc.), we foresee dynamic growth in the area of secondary raw materials in the coming years.

With the growth of our international business, we decided in September 2005 to convert privately owned company CIP to a limited liability company – the Pieringer Abfall Verwertung GmbH.
